Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) is now accepting Service Learning Mini-Grants Program applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Local middle and high school teachers are encouraged to apply for projects that combine community service and classroom learning.
This school year, five school districts received fifteen grants totaling $7,410. Classrooms from all disciplines participate in this program: health, music, English, art, trades, and much more.
NCCF's Applebee’s Flapjack Breakfast Fundraiser supports the Service Learning Program. Our board, staff, and volunteers invite all our friends and neighbors for this year’s fundraiser on Saturday, March 21, 2020.
Applications are available on our website, as well as the option to apply electronically, www.nccfoundation.org/service-learning. Complete the form and return to NCCF by March 31, 2020. The committee will review all applications and announce the awards in June 2020. Visit the website to learn more about this program. You may also call the office at 716-366-4892 or send an e-mail to nccf@nccfoundation.org.
