Northern Chautauqua BLOOM Front Yard Garden Recognition Project is a way for the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation to publicly acknowledge homeowners and renters who contribute to the curb appeal of our neighborhoods while inspiring others to take part in creating a more beautiful, vibrant northern Chautauqua. 

 The BLOOM Project is not a contest ~ it is a way to say “thank you!”
