The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation announces the availability of the Chautauqua County Home Auxiliary Scholarship. Students from northern Chautauqua County entering or furthering their education in the healthcare field are eligible to apply. The committee will consider applications from Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab Center employees and their family members first.
Applications are available by contacting the NCCF Scholarship Coordinator Victoria Howell at vhowell@nccfoundation.org or by phone at 716-366-4892. The form is also available for download from the NCCF website www.nccfoundation.org/cnrc-scholarship. Students need to return completed applications to the NCCF by March 31, 2020, by mail to 212 Lake Shore Drive West, Dunkirk, NY 14048, by e-mail to Ms. Howell, or by fax to 716-366-3905.
