Wayne Anthony Scholarship
This award was established by Wayne Anthony to support a senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who is furthering his or her education in some area of journalism, writing, or history.
Arts & Crafts Festival Scholarship
Presented to a senior art major at Westfield Academy and Central School who has demonstrated exceptional talent in the field of art and who has been accepted at a school to continue art education.
Francis J. Bannister Scholarship
Originally established by Francis J. Bannister, this scholarship is presented to the valedictorian of Westfield Academy and Central School.
Carlton “Bud” Beadle Scholarship
Presented by Carlton "Bud" Beadle to support a student of Westfield Academy and Central School.
Joseph Baideme Scholarship
In memory of Joseph Baideme who was a self-taught mechanic, welder, engineer and innovator of equipment for specific needs. The award is presented to a student who demonstrates similar qualities and with a desire to further his or her education in one or more of these areas.
Philip J. Baideme Award
The family of Philip J. Baideme in his memory presents this award to two Westfield Academy and Central School seventh grade students who have a strong interest in the Civil War and who wish to attend the annual Gettysburg field trip.
Steve and Helen Baran Scholarship
The Steve and Helen Baran Scholarship Fund has been established to benefit a senior student graduating from the Westfield Academy and Central School District.; The school's scholarship committee will make the selection based on the criteria listed above.
Walter and Margaret Baran Scholarship
In memory of Walter Baran, Jr., a native of Westfield who enjoyed a succesful career in agriculture, and Margaret Baran. This award was made possible by gifts from his family and friends, and is intended to assist a student of Westfield Academy and Central School with a desire to continue education in agriculture.
Mary Ellen Benamati Memorial Scholarship
Keith D. Bestine Scholarship
This award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School athlete who has participated in baseball and/or football. The recipient should have played with desire and enthusiasm, motivated by his/her love of the sport. The award was established in memory of Keith D. Bestine.
Frank Billerio Memorial Scholarship
The award was established in memory of Frank Billero. The scholarship is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School senior who has majored or minored in agriculture or an agriculture-related field such as, landscaping, environmental studies, conservation, or horticulture. The recipient must be accepted into an instituition of higher learning with a declared major in some agricultural field.
Ronald C. Bishop Scholarship
Daryl Brown Scholarship
The award is in memory of Daryl J. Brown and is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School graduating senior . The recipient must be a "team player" and have letters in three of the following sports: football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, or track.
Steven Brown Scholarship
This award was established in memory of Steven G. Brown, a hard-working young man who was always thoughtful of and helpful towards others. The recipient should be a special education student who exhibits these qualities.
Bristol Burgess Award
This award was established by the Bristol-Burgess Agency in honor of Clara B. Bristol. The award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School senior business education major who plans to enter the field of employment following graduation.
Dr. Anthony Calarco Scholarship
This award was established in memory of Dr. Anthony S. Calarco. This award is presented to an art major of the Westfield Academy and Central School who intends to continue art training after graduation. The recipient should have good citizenship and enthusiasm for art.
Class of 1960 Scholarship
This scholarship was established by the Class of 1960 in memory of Richard Marsala, Theodore Johnson, Scott VanGeisen, and Leonard Vassallo. It is presented to the senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who earns a major in vocational education at BOCES and attains the highest scholastic average.
Joseph and Mary Cogliano Memorial Scholarship
Jimbo Cunningham Memorial Scholarship
This award was established to honor James "Jimbo" Cunningham. It is given to a senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who has maintained a B average; participated in three sports a year while holding a job; has demonstrated leadership, sportsmanship, and dedication; and has proven to be a "team player."
Rosalie M. Davies Scholarship Fund
DeKalb Agricultural Award
This award is presented to the Westfield Academy and Central School graduate who has shown the greatest accomplishment in vocational agriculture.
Deutschmeister Award
This award is presented to a member of the Westfield Academy and Central School Senior Band who has worked diligently in achieving musical talent.
Aaron Diamond Award
This award is presented to a graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School who has overcome obstacles, adversity and scrutiny in his/her efforts to succeed in his/her area of strength, whether it is academics, athletics, activities or work.
Douglas Greenleaf Scholarship
This award is presented to the senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who has led by example, always maintaining pride in school and community and the desire to help others. This student should have held leadership positions and been in the top one-third of his/her class.
Beverly Ann Wood Edelmann Memorial Scholarship
Established in 2022 in memory of late educator Barbara Ann Wood Edelmann by her children. Awarded annually to a graduating senior from Chautauqua Lake, Sherman, or Westfield high schools.

This award is presented to members of the Westfield Academy and Central School graduating class who have been accepted at a higher institution of learning for human services and are worthy of financial need.
Harry M. & Ann Hopson Scholarship
This award is presented to the senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who has shown the greatest proficiency in vocational agriculture and who will be continuing education in that field.
Wells H. Hull Scholarship
This award is presented to a student of Westfield Academy and Central School who has shown to be outstanding in vocational agriculture.
Sue Hunt Elementary Musician's Scholarship
Westfield Academy and Central School's attempt to provide musical opportunities to students at WACS in memory of former music teacher, Sue Hunt.
Daniel G. Hyde Scholarship
This award, in memory of Daniel G. Hyde, is given to a worthy student of Westfield Academy and Central School who is interested in pursuing a career/education in the field of Criminal Justice.
Marion & Elizabeth Jillson Award
This scholarship was established from an endowment by Elizabeth R. Jillson. The award presents Westfield Academy and Central School graduating seniors with first and second place prizes for achievement in English and Science.
S. Elwin Keech Scholarship
This award was established in memory of S. Elwin Keech by his family. The scholarship is awarded to the Westfield Academy and Central School graduate who is attending a higher institution of learning. The recipient must have good character, financial need, and an intent to pursue a career in an agriculture-related field.
Maude Kelly Scholarship
This award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School senior female athlete who has excelled in an interscholastic sport.
George S. Kent Award
This award was made possible from the estate of George S. Kent. The award will be given to a Westfield Academy and Central School student who has attained the highest average in Math Courses I and II.
Woodrow Keyser Sports Memorial Scholarship
This award is given to a graduating senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who, as a member of the baseball team, has demonstrated sportsmanship, a love of baseball, and a dedication to the team.
Joseph Koshute Scholarship
This award is given annually in memory of Joseph Koshute, a Westfield teacher whose appreciation for the fine arts was a focal point in all that he did in his school and community. The recipient will be a Westfield Academy and Central School graduating senior enrolled in an art program in a recognized college or technical school.
Arthur Macer Scholarship
The Arthur Macer Schlolarship Fund supports a graduate of Westfield High School.
Julie Mead Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating Westfield Academy and Central School senior for post secondary education. The recipient must be a well-rounded, caring person who has been active in community service and is a son or daughter of an active member of the Westfield Volunteer Firemen's Organization.
Richard Mead Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating Westfield Academy and Central School senior for post secondary education. The award is presented to a son or daughter of an active member of the Westfield Volunteer Firemen's Organization.
H. Harold Meyer Scholarship
This award is presented to a Westfield Academy Central School graduate with a commercial major who has the highest cumulative scholastic average.
Patricia M. Newell Culinary Arts Scholarship
This award is presented to a student of Westfield Academy Central School who is going on to study culinary arts.
Roderick & Priscilla Nixon Educational Scholarship
This fund presents scholarships to graduating seniors of Westfield Academy and Central School, with preference to students going on to study at an agricultural college or as an education major at a New York State college or university.
John E. Norton Scholarship
This award was established in memory of John E. Norton in acknowledgement of his interest in and service to young people studying agriculture. The recipient will be a Westfield Academy and Central School graduate who is studying agriculture at an institution of higher learning. Preference will be given to students who have been accepted to Cornell University College of Agriculture.
Blythe Nundy Award
This award is made possible from a fund established by students, faculty, and Blythe Nundy's parents. The recipient will be a student of Westfield Academy and Central School who has contributed time and assistance to the handicapped.
Michael A. Pagano Scholarship
This award was established by the family of Michael A. Pagano and is awarded to a Westfield Academy and Central School student who has excelled in Mathematics or Computer Technology.
Pattison-Dickson Science Award
This award has been established by Westfield Academy and Central School alumni in memory of former Principals Pattison and Dickson. This scholarship is presented to the senior student who has maintained the highest average in three of the following courses: General Science, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
George Plumb Award
This scholarship is awarded annually to the Westfield Academy and Central School student who has attained the highest average in French or Spanish and two other courses.
Holly Raines Scholarship
This award is presented to the graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School with the highest G.P.A.
Ernest Rammelt Family Scholarship
This award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School senior who has demonstrated outstanding accomplishment in the agriculture curriculum with plans to study agriculture following graduation.
Reach Beyond Award & AAUW Scholarship
This award is designed to honor a female senior of Westfield Academy and Central School who is pursuing a career in a mathematics/science field. Preference is given to students accepted into college to pursue careers in engineering, architecture, and medicine.
William C. Ross Scholarship
This award is presented annually to a sophmore or junior member of the Westfield Academy and Central School Senior Band who has excelled in performance and who has enjoyed participating in the extra activities of the band.
Raymond T. Ryan Scholarship
This award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School student who has been accepted at an institution of higher learning with plans to pursue a technical, nursing, or medical technology career.
Joseph & Jean Schuster Music Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Janice Schuster Taylor in 1989 in memory of her parents. The award is given to a talented music student of Westfield Academy and Central School below grade 11 who intends to pursue a career in music.
Joanna Seminatore Scholarship
This award is presented through a trust established by the parents of Joanna Seminatore in her memory. It is awarded to the Westfield Academy and Central School graduate with intentions to pursue a career in the area of engineering or mathematics.
Brett Smith Scholarship
This award was established by the Arden Johnson family in memory of Bret D. Smith. The award is presented to the Westfield Academy and Central School senior athlete who has exhibited the greatest qualities of positive leadership.
Herbert Stratton Scholarship
This award was established from an endowment in the will of the late Herbert Stratton. The award will benefit two Westfield Academy and Central School seniors (or college students) enrolled in agricultural programs of study.
Peter Tempio Scholarship
This award is presented to a member of the Westfield Academy and Central School Band who has shown dedication to and versatility in the school's music program. The recipient should have displayed an appreciation for music and an interest in continuing music endeavors following high school.
Yvonne W. Twombly Scholarship
This award is presented in memory of Yvonne W. Twombly. The recipient will be a Westfield Academy and Central School graduating senior who most exemplifies the qualities of Ms. Twombly, including determination and courage, a permanent illness or physical handicap, and a positive attitude and good-will toward others.
Jennie Vande Velde Scholarship
This award was established by the family of Jennie Vande Velde in her memory. The award is presented to a Westfield Academy and Central School senior who exemplifies courage, strength, and creativity while rising above the challenge of personal obstacles.
William Vorce Award
This award is presented annually to the Westfield Academy and Central School student who attains the highest average in english, mathematics, and two other courses.
Wallace-Holbrook Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to the graduating Westfield Academy and Central School senior who has been accepted at an accredited college or university to pursue a degree in engineering. Preference is given to a student who is enrolled in Case Western Reserve University and/or who resides outside the Village of Westfield limits.
Westfield Moose Lodge #118 Scholarship
This award is presented to a senior of Westfield Academy Central School who is the "unsung hero" of the graduating class. The recipient must have demonstrated academic achievement, good citizenship, and concern for others.
