Joe "Okie" O'Connor Memorial Project Fund  

The purpose of the fund is to honor Joe "Okie" O'Connor by supporting scholastic rowing in the Buffalo, New York area. Examples of disbursements from the fund include support for capital projects to help scholastic rowing facilities and on-going scholarships, especially for under-privileged students in Okie's hometown of Buffalo, New York.
