NCCF Kicks Off Neighborhood Pride Challenge with Informational Session

The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) is kicking off a new initiative, and everyone is invited to participate! The Neighborhood Pride Challenge (NPC) is inspiring individuals, neighborhoods, and entire communities to develop innovative projects to revitalize their neighborhoods while enhancing community partnerships.

To introduce community members to the initiative and the application process, NCCF is providing an informational session to answer questions, share ideas, and become inspired. There are two opportunities to attend the session on Wednesday, November 16. The first is at 9 a.m. and the second is at 7 p.m., both at the Fredonia Incubator, 214 Central Avenue, Dunkirk. Parking is available in the back off of Washington Street. All community neighborhoods in northern Chautauqua County are eligible for this unique opportunity and are strongly encouraged to attend.

Leaving a Gift to the Place You Call Home

This year, the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) is celebrating a special milestone, our 30th Anniversary.

Throughout life, there are many causes for celebration:  birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements, graduations, and numerous holidays.  I am sure that you could add a few more to the list.  Very often, we give gifts as a part of the celebration.

NCCF Celebrates Local Corporate Philanthropy

In February, Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) celebrates our corporate partners who are making a difference in our community. Every year, International Corporate Philanthropy Day is observed on the last Monday in February to “raise awareness of corporate-community partnerships and inspire businesses around the world to engage further.”  Northern Chautauqua County benefits greatly from the philanthropy of local businesses and their active engagement with local charities, such as the NCCF.
